The second stage was on-site, preparing the public space with the minimum of beautification interventions for the surrounding buildings, as well as repairing some damaged flooring tiles. Al Mina Municipality was involved heavily at this stage: construction, facade beautification, planting, lighting facilities, and other related field work.

The third stage was organising the street furniture and children playing game in their designed places and finalising the project.
